You can currently apply to Choice Homes @ Pembrokeshire in two ways.
If you would like a paper application form, please email housing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk with your full name and full postal address. An application form will then be sent to you to complete.
If you would prefer to apply online, you can complete an application electronically by clicking the ‘Register' button at the top right‑hand corner of the Choice Homes website.
All existing Choice Homes applicants will be contacted to complete a pre application form during the course of July 2026.
This form is needed to check whether you are eligible to remain on the Choice Homes register under the new allocations policy.
What you will need to do
• Complete the pre application form when you receive it
• Upload requested evidence after completing the pre-application form
If you do not upload the required evidence:
• Your pre application will not be assessed
• You will not be able to move to the next stage
• Your current Choice Homes application will be closed when the new policy is live
What happens next
Once you upload your evidence:
• A Choice Homes housing officer will check and assess your eligibility
• If your eligibility is confirmed, you will be contacted to complete a new Choice Homes application form.
After submitting your new application:
• You will not be contacted again until the new policy is live - please do not contact us regarding your new application.
• You will then receive a new welcome pack when the policy is live.
