To join ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire you need to complete an application form. A set of guidance notes is also available to help you complete the form. Assistance is also available from a housing partner office or a Pembrokeshire County Council customer service centre/local area office. For further information click on Contact Us

Once you have completed an application form, please return it to a housing partner office or Pembrokeshire County Council customer service centre/local area office as soon as possible. Click on Contact Us for details.

Once you have applied to join

Once you have applied to join the scheme, and have received a membership number, you may apply to be considered for available properties. To view properties available now click on Find a Home

Have your circumstances changed?

If you are already on the register for ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire, please use the following form to tell us if your circumstances change:
