ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire policy

The allocations policy describes in detail how properties are allocated by the ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire Housing Partners (Pembrokeshire County Council, Pembrokeshire Housing and Wales & West Housing Association). This document sets out:

  • How ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire works
  • How to apply
  • Who is eligible to apply
  • How customers' applications are prioritised and how many bedrooms a customer can apply for
  • How properties are advertised and allocated.

The ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire policy changed on 1st June 2015.

Any customers registered after this date will be assessed under the new policy. Customers who were registered with ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire before this date will have received a letter advising how the policy changes will affect their application.
